+Cでは『刺繍』をテーマにした作品つくりを展開しています。
世界中を旅して、見た、聞いた、手に取ったあらゆる物の中で特に心を惹かれた物のひとつが
世界各地の民族刺繍でした。
ただ真似るだけでなく、独自の解釈で私なりにデザインし、私が考えた刺繍を作りたい。
そういった気持ちが生まれました。その私の思いはどんどん大きくなり、ついには一人歩きを始め
「まるで私の頭の中に住み着く民族のように振る舞い、たくさんの刺繍を生み出し始めました」
そんな彼らが作る素敵な刺繍をイメージとして私は製品をデザインしていきます。

Embroidery is the main concept for +C
I met many types of embroideries when I was a backpacker.
It really inspired me and I would like to design such beautiful things so it should be made not just same and according to my interpretation.
I got long time thinking then the nation was born in my mind and they started to make special embroidery.+c products are designed by my imagination.
